時間帶著熟悉的遠去，而她又以時光烤出時代流轉中，一片片藍色的記憶。
藝術家陳佩玲自小居於澳門香港兩地。兩地生活氣息雖有不同，但同樣經歷著急速的轉變，讓人與城市產生混沌的張力，徘徊於今昔中。透過藍曬作品，從身邊出發，採集城裡風光，拼湊出一個個幻想世界，將日常發現和想保留的，通通收進幻想國度中。
藍曬本來是一種古老的顯影法，透過陽光和時間來作紀錄。她以這老方法捕捉日光，伴以時間烙下城市點滴，用這獨特的語言紀錄當下。當中有僅存的舊建築，老街窄巷，純粹一瞥，少不了的是路邊石隙的小花小草。無論四周如何流轉，這些小野花小野草都以自身的存在提醒我們自然其實不曾離開。他們像是一種夢幻，在過度發展中帶來自然的樸實。
而當這一切都染上寧靜的藍，或許我們的眼光也會靜下，看見記憶彼方另一種美。
是次展覽分為兩部分，分別於中環藝穗會及油麻地Kubrick舉行。兩個展場之氛圍各有特色，藝術家亦以作品回應之。作為經歷百年光景的歷史建築，藝穗會展場將展出充滿舊城味道的作品；Kubrick展場則會滿佈自然氣息，一配Kubrick城市中休憩綠洲的個性。
Time flies; things change. And there she is roasting the changes into pieces of blue memories, with each moment that passes by.
The artist Peggy Chan grew up in Hong Kong and Macau, two cities with distinctly different auras but both experiencing rapid changes. These changes are creating chaotic tension between people and the city, between the past and the present. With cyanotype (an ancient photographic printing process using long-term exposure under the sun), Chan collects the beauties and discoveries of the city, and brings them all into the realm of her fantasy -- a world embracing all valuable memories.
Chan has chosen to use cyanotype as her unique language to record the present. She captures the sunlight, adds the element of time, and bakes fragmented images of the city’s scenery. Among them are examples of traditional architecture, old alleys, pure glimpses and, more importantly, the little wildflowers and grasses growing from the crevices. No matter how many changes are happening, they are always there, using their own existence to remind us that Mother Nature has never left us. Their presence is like an illusion, bringing fresh drops of simplicity back to this over-developed land.
And when all these memories are dyed with tranquil blue, perhaps we can find silence in our eyes, and see the beauty of the other side.
The exhibition will be divided into two parts, one at the Fringe Club and one at Kubrick (Yau Ma Tei), with the works on show responding to the very unique aura of each location. As an historical building that has witnessed the turning of two centuries, the Fringe Club will be filled with impressions of old cities, while at Kubrick, itself an oasis in the city, the works on show will bring a breath of nature.
